Questions parents ask
How many students are in a batch?+
Never more than three. Batches are grouped by class, board and level, so everyone in the room is working on the same thing.
Which boards do you teach?+
All central boards (CBSE and CISCE) and state boards, for Classes 9 to 12. Classes 11 and 12 can also prepare for JEE or NEET.
How are fees charged?+
Per subject, per month, so you only pay for the subjects your child needs. Fees are due by the 5th of each month. Families in the UAE and USA can pay in AED or USD.
We live in Dubai. Will the timings work?+
Yes. Our evening batches run from 6:30 to 9:30 pm India time, which is 5 to 8 pm in the UAE, right after school. We also run early-morning batches for families in the USA.
Is the demo class really free?+
Yes. Every new family starts with a free live demo class, with no obligation to join.
What if my child misses a class, or the teacher does?+
Notes and worksheets are shared after every class, and Saturday doubt sessions help students catch up. Any class missed by the teacher is made up the same week.
Do you guarantee marks or ranks?+
No. No honest coach can. We promise small batches, regular tests, and clear, regular reports so you always know where your child stands.
What happens if we stop mid-course?+
Fees for the unused part of a paid month are refunded on a pro-rata basis. See our terms for details.
