Shipping and delivery policy

No physical shipping

Flavinsa Education (Flavinsa Coaching Centre) provides live online tuition. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery addresses are needed.

How our service is delivered

• Login: after enrolment, the student’s and parent’s Flavinsa Live logins are emailed within 1 working day.
• Classes: live classes are held online in the Flavinsa Live classroom on the website and the app, at the times agreed with you and shown in your time zone on the portal.
• Study material: notes, worksheets, homework and test results are available in the portal as soon as the teacher shares them.
• Invoices and receipts: sent by email and always available under Fees in the portal.

After you pay

• An online payment shows as paid on your invoice within a few minutes, and a receipt is emailed to you.
• If class access was paused for an unpaid fee, it is restored within 1 working day of payment.
• A new student’s first class is scheduled within 7 days of the first payment, at a time agreed with the family.

If something doesn’t arrive

If you haven’t received your login, a class link or a receipt, check your spam folder, then write to support@flavinsaedu.in. See also our cancellation and refund policy and terms and conditions.
